Hello All,
Can any explain me why differential clocks are required in DDR memories?
Is that for transferring 2 or more words in a single clock? Its not convincing me.
I addition to it, Burst length is about the amount of data transfered.
Lets say i have a burst length of 4 for 4 byte data so a total of 16 bytes transferred.
What is gonna be difference in selecting a burst ordering of 0,1,2,3 or 1,2,3,0 or 2,3,0,1...
Thanks and Regards,
Selvam Anand
