if you have any advise for my design tell me
I use 5V solar panels & 3.7 battery
need output 2A , 5V for charge the mobile

for circuit diagrams of those specific units, you would have to ask the manufacturer
They are unlikely to release them tho ... as it would harm their sales

if you just need one for a project ... just buy one from the link you gave ... they are VERY cheap :)

Those two boards probably just use the standard circuits from the datasheets for the IC.

I can't vouch for this being the case for the former, but I can for the latter. Google TP4056 and have a look at the datasheet.

I purchased 10 of the chips themselves before finding that a pre-built module for under $1 was cheaper once I considered the other components and the need for a PCB, and a bonus USB connector (around $0.50 for the chip and under $1.00 for the entire board). Armed with the datasheet you can change a single resistor to alter the charge current should you wish to.

If you can find a decent close-up image of the other board you may be able to read the part number, or you could splurge and buy one. The economics are likely to be similar.
