    Hi all,

I am working on something and I am wondering what type of technology is used on this product: http://www.noahbasketball.com/products

I am working on something that is completely separate but would likely use the same type of technology as far as measuring arc/angle/depth of an object traveling. I have the idea, now just wonder what ya'll think they used for this product as far as tech/hardware goes?

    Thanks!

    Welcome to our forum.

The FAQ for this product mention the use of several cameras with different focal lengths. I assume they record the shoot and calculate the parameters from the recorded motion of the ball.

Depending of your project goals this kind of technology can be used:

Will be more scientific/experiment purpose as the ball will not be certified for a "real" game, no need for fixed infrastructures however.
