Dell M781s monitor

I have a Dell M781s computer monitor that has lost the brightness. On the
board that is plugged into the crt has pins that are supposed to be 12v &
the other 6.3 volts. I have no voltage on these pins. Any ideas what I could
check to find out why I don't have the voltage? I don't have a schematic for
this monitor.

no filament foltage is usually caused by bad connections on the
mainboard or an open resistor in the feed from the Line output
transformer. You will have to trace the line back from the crt board,
should be to hard.
