Decoupling Inductor in a TIG Welding Machine

I'm fixing a welding machine. A secondary side of the switching transformer is connected to diodes as shown in Fig2. in the document. I can also see the TX1, receiving input from a spark generator. However, I don't know how to connect the filter. There is only one inductor with 9 turns left, but how can I connect this inductor to become a filter in the document?

I forget to tell you that , as shown in the attached image, the inductor has been strangely connected before. If it is wrongly connected, I wanna correct it. Should the inductor's wire, which is connected to the diode's anode before be connected to the anode of the other one?
