    Hello,
I got a quick question for you all....

I want to use a prebuilt cheap little DC to DC converter module using this chip:

    http://www.xlsemi.com/datasheet/XL6009 datasheet.pdf

I know it will work for the positive rail just fine (i'm going from +/-15v to +/-28v dual rails)

I'm just wondering if for the negative rail I can just attach the "+ input" to ground and the "- input to the -15v rail and then the same for the output.

Am I overthinking this?? At first thought I said of course it will work, but then I started to wonder if it will short out the module or.....

    Thanks!!
