    I need a RAM that operates at 100MHz.
    RAM should have memory around 1MB.
    8 bit data lines and around 20 or more Address lines.

    Honestly saurabh17g, you need to learn to look for yourself.

    I assume you want static ram?

    How about this.

    To search for this, go to http://www.digikey.com an search for "ram". Then go down to "integrated Circuits" and scan down that section until you come to "memory" -- click on that. on the selection form scroll down the memory size list until you come to 8M (1Mx8) (memory is specified in bits), and 10nS for speed and click on apply filters.

    I have habit of googling and using ADI.
    But digikey is v.gud that i dint know.
    Thanks for the info.
    I m able to find other accessories for my project like high speed(GHz) gates,counters etc

    Perhaps in the future it would be better to ask how you should search for a component than asking for us to come up with one.
