    Would anyone have a data sheet for the old Signetics part N82F101F
    which I believe is a FPGA from the 70's

    Thanks for anything you can help with

    Thanks, I think that's a good start - someone here thinks a mil
    crossref is M38510/50201BXA so I'm getting closer

    The Signetics F series was just a Fast version of the Schottky series.
    Google on 82S101 and you'll get hundreds of hits. Here's #1
