Data Sheet Needed

Would anyone have a data sheet for the old Signetics part N82F101F
which I believe is a FPGA from the 70's

Thanks for anything you can help with

It's more likely to be a PLA. Could the 82s100 be similar?

http://www.nxp.com/#/pip/cb=[type=product,path=,final=PLS100X]|pip=[
pip=PLS100X][0]

It's a start.

Thanks, I think that's a good start - someone here thinks a mil
crossref is M38510/50201BXA so I'm getting closer

The Signetics F series was just a Fast version of the Schottky series.
Google on 82S101 and you'll get hundreds of hits. Here's #1

"Here" is NOT Google Groups.

**This** is sci.electronics.design--a USENET group.

If you are *compelled* to post the SAME question
to MULTIPLE Usenet groups,
