I am using a D-Pak from Siliconix with part number SUD40N10-25. The unit were being subjected in reflow with 245°C peak temperature after mounting the D-Pak. The D-Pak shift or move after subjecting the unit at 225°C reflow peak temperature by our customer. We are thinking that the potential causes are the solderabilty and voids trapped under the FET drain tab but we are having a hard time to replicate it.

Is there somebody out there experienced this problem and can explain how this thing happened.

I have attached here the sample x-ray photo of the shifted FET.
