I have a Bose AV 3-2-1 Media Center which appears to be in good condition, except that the CD/DVD tray no longer ejects -- it's stuck in the closed position. I'd like to open up the case and either get the tray unstuck, or replace the CD/DVD unit. Of course, the case has been fortified better than a medieval castle. There are two slots in the top rear of the case, but the top panel remains securely fastened in the middle. The mostly cosmetic front LCD panel comes off, but there are no screws or other entry points behind it, and the rest of the unit remains a mystery. I don't want to start hacking up the case at random. Any ideas how to get this baby open?
