How would you go about converting an omnidirectional mic into a directional
    boom mic.
Any practical explanation how to it yourself. Any sites or books which
    explain and show how
to do this? I guess something along the lines of how would you go
about attaching a tube to the mic.
The mic is an earthworks m30bx: http://earthworksaudio.com/m30bx.html#
