Converting Eagle to Altium Designer

Is there any way to get an Eagle design converted to Altium Designer?

Even if I will have to go via another program that will be acceptable.

If your tool can't deal with ASCII files at a *reasonable* level
to get you the usual percentage of labor saved when translating,

a temporary layer in the schematic capture tool (as well as in layout)
would be a useful widget as a prompt to get you up again.

What you say is: grab the current schematic in one hand and the mouse in the
other and just get the work done??
