    Hi there ;D
anyone have an idea about converting DC Voltage to AC with a specific frequency ?!!

    - no need to raise the output voltage :)

m just new to the Electronics World xD xP

That is called an oscillator if it is low power and an inverter if it is high power. Can you give us more specifics as to the DC input and the AC output voltage / power requirements?

FYI the big font is distracting...

There are DC to DC converters that will take DC current and convert it to a pulsed DC current that has AC properties...

How many volts, how many amps?

For low voltage and low current many use a 555 timer for a quick and dirty...

Generally i'll work on low voltages (12 volts max) as a DC Input , the output varies but still in low voltages.

it is possible to convert that DC to an AC sine wave with a specific frequency ??

-m talking generally no project on the board , i just wanna know the idea :)

m just using it to talk more loudly :D
