It looks as if the input to the chip needs to be a PWM signal at 20kHz. I presume that this would give a quasi sine wave output at any base frequency you chose. You will need a microcomputer to generate this.

Switching a three phase motor every two minutes with a low inertia load I wouln't think a problem. The manufacturers should be able to help you. The life of the contactor may be limited.

The single phase supply will need rectifying with big diodes and smoothing with big capacitors, these will be expensive. I would think that the efficiency is hardly likely to be much over 50%, will your generator supply the power?

My generator is 3kw and the pump needs 2kw is that ok?
Can i use a 555 or similar pwm for the 20khz insead of a uC?
I have 20pcs of 1000uf 450v capacitors are these any good for smoothing?
Thanks.

This is well beyond my expertise.
It seems that you are intent on going into an expensive development phase. I do not think I can help.

The obvious way is either to get a single phase pump or a three phase generator.
Starting currents can be very high and the generator must be able to provide enough to get the pump up to speed.

I though of these easy solutions but both require more than 500$ so can't afford it :)
i would had tried to make it work with this IC but i don't want to damage the pump or burn the motor entirely.

Yep only looking at those price tags discourages me :) that's why i searched for a DIY solution.
Thanks anyway
