For a project, I am looking for a chip / IC which is able to get the composite (analog) video signal (NTSC/PAL) as input and produce a digital video format (MPG/WMV/etc.) as output with adjustable bitrate capability. It should be able to perform this operation in real-time. Does anyone know such a chip available?
