..... have you seen the stripline filter on that pcb???? Is this an oscilloscope front end or some form of microwave receiver?

Tnx. I am looking for IC H520. It has 32 pins. Please zoom in the photo to see the IC number. This component is from microwave radio outdoor unit.

Not sure where you'll get one but a few things to note:

1. it's a 4-bit digital step attenuator
2. what makes you think it's broken?

I repair microwaves. I have bunch of faulty units but I have good ones as well. I once tried replacing this unit from good one and it works perfectly fine. That confirms me this IC is faulty. But now I wonder where in the earth can I buy it. Any suggestions would be great.
