Component I.D.

I have acquired an older network accessible HDD and I have never been able to get it to power on. So, I decided to take it apart and found that a component (see picture) had one of the leads sheared off. I'm looking to find a replacement, can anyone tell me what this is?

Hi F478OY,
That would be a tantalum capacitor.
22μf - 16V.

Can you tell me what the other markings are on it? I've found all kinds of SMD type capacitors.
