    Hi all,
I am a bit new to the whole electronics DIY world, I have taken on a new and exciting project (http://www.instructables.com/id/Arduino-RC-Lawnmower/ ) and am having a small issue with finding components. I plan on utilizing an Arduino mega with a Sabertooth 2*25 motor controller in order to run these two motors ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/221018468144?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 ). Is there any way to determine the amperage of these motors to see if this motor controller is sufficient? Also, is there anything else I should be looking for as far as compatibility before purchasing components? Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

The controller has thermal and overcurrent protection so it shouldn't be a problem if they do draw more current as you could limit the maximum PWM so that it stays below 25A under normal operating conditions.
I did try to google the info on the motors, but failed :(
At 24V, I doubt they are more than 20A anyway, plus you won't want to be driving a lawnmower at 20A/24V (480Watts X2, 1.3 Horses!) anyway, you'd be very quickly putting up a new fence!
