Ah, I see now. You want an alternative part to the ones you have listed. (You don't want us to compare an op amp and a transistor).
The first issue is that it is difficult to specify a replacement part unless it is the same part with a different part number. There will be some differences in specs and these differences may be critical for the circuit's operation.
That said, it's pretty rare for a part to be so critical in something like a battery charger (or indeed anything) that a close match won't work.
OK, a BD139 is a very easily sourced component. As long as there's no voltages exceeding 50V in the charger, then a BD137 would be OK
The KA358 is likewise pretty common.
Who is your supplier? Sounds like Radio Shack or something.
