Hi all
I am in search of some suitable commercially available Transmit/Receive (T/R) switches for echo sounder development. Two types of T/R switches are required, one operating in relatively low frequency range (i.e. 30-50 KHz) withstanding high voltages (i.e. 540 Vpp) and one operating in relatively high frequency range (i.e. 190-210 KHz) withstanding low voltages (i.e. 90 Vpp).
Kindly help me to find commercial T/R switches meeting the above requirements.
