Hi
I used to build my own alarms as a kid, with stuff that fell to the
ground when doors were opened; by stretching cords throughout rooms; by
invisibly sealing cupboards to detect if they had been opened...
lots more of these detective/surveillance/security plays like noting
numbers of cars passing by....
Probably inspired by mickey mouse and other mags, but as well inventing
stuff by myself.
My question is now: Did any of you continue to invent and build your own
homemade low-tech alarm systems (or know of people who did so) and are
any descriptions or pictures of these systems available? I'm interested
in stuff worth reading on this toppic as well...
The reason for my post:
I'd like to develop such a system of my own from damaged household
appliances/ car and computer parts..., so I'm interested in your
experiences and hope for "massive" responses to inspire me and extend my
"research"..
