    1. where do we use resistors, capacitors and inductors

    2. what is difference between coupling and decoupling capacitors. where
    do we use

    3. what is pull up and pull down resistors. where do we use

    4. what is use of test jigs in helicopters

    5. what is pci bus . where do we use

Do your own research, google has all these answers.

Wigan, Wisconsin, Warsaw, Wellington, Wales, and some other places.
Coupling capacitors are used to connect things together, like trains.
Decoupling capacitors are used to separate over- ardent teenagers.
A pull up resistor is used to make the handling of heavy PCBs (qv)
easier. A pull down resistor is for plucking ducklings.
The dancer applies a rhythmic load to check for resonances.
Transport used by the Parti Communiste Internationaliste to get to rallies.

where resistiance capacitance or inductance is wanted.
coupling capacitors carry wanted dignals between circuit blocks, decoupling
    capacitor route unwanted signals elsewhere,
pull up connects signal to a higher voltage, pull down to
a lower voltage, typically used where the input is single ended. to convert
    it to double-ended.
So you can test ciurcuts without risking the helecopter, perhaps.
    Personal computer interconnect, inside PC.

    Bye.
