    Hi,

At work today I had to measure the turn on time of the circuits with an oscilloscope

How long it to the 5 volts to rise when turning on the circuit, and how long it took the 5 volts to discharge when turning the circuit off

My question is that how do you shorten the charge time and discharge time of the DC voltages? when powering on the circuit and turning the power off the circuit?

    What do you do?

that would depend on what the circuit does and what components it consists of
