Does anyone know URLs where I can see ideas or projects how to link a
generic telephone line (analog or ISDN) to a rf transceiver
bidirectional? So I can phone of my mobile to a wired phone. All
welcome if detailed.

Some things to be aware of before you start planning such a
project.

First: There are many pre-made cordless phones readily available
on the consumer market.

Second: Almost any radio transmitter of significant (over 100
milliwatts) power requires licensing from the FCC (if you're in the
U.S.) or other appropriate governmental agency. Ignoring this
requirement can land you an extended stay at Club Fed, as well as nasty
fines.

Third: Is there anything wrong with using a cellphone?

You won't receive a prison sentece for being convicted of violating
FCC rules, just a fine.

Minutes and such. If you are in Europe, it doesn't matter much, as
AFAIK, mobile phone rates are close enough to landline rates to not
matter that much.

The bidirectional part is tricky, but a search on "phone patch" should
yield some good info. Some RF bands require an human operator to make
(and break) the connection to the phone line.
