    HI ALL,
PLZ LOOK THIS CIRCUIT. I BUILT THIS LAST DAY. BUT THIS IS NOT WORKING. I CHECKED ALL CONNECTIONS AND PARTS. BUT ALL IS OK. WHEN I TURN ON THE POWER, THE D1 IS BLINKING. THE MAKER OF THIS CIRCUIT TOLD THAT ADJUST THE VR1 TO CHANGE THE TIME OF THIS TIMER. SO I TURN THE VR1 TO 50%. AFTER 90 MINUTES, NOTHING HAPPEN BUT THAT D1 BLINKS. PLZ TELL ME WHERE IS THE MISTAKE?.

    Perhaps no mistake.
The P4 output is the oscillator frequency / 16
The P3 output is the oscillator frequency / 16384
Thus the P3 output is slower by a factor of 1024
If the led is flashing at 1/second, it will take 17 min to switch the relay.
I suggest getting the led to flash rapidly so that you do not have to wait too long.
