Circuit help with rc car

I want to change how the lights act on my rc car, usually when I go forward the lights come on until I stop and when I reverse the same thing happens with the tail lights, I want to change it so when it's on the headlights come on and the outside tail lights come on and when I reverse the inside taillights go on, I can take close up photos of specific components if you need me to, I'm not an expert at electronics but I'm learning.

Can you post some photos of the main circuit board. One of the underside, like you already posted but of the board only, looking directly at the board from above the centre, and edit it to show what the wires connect to, and another of the other side of the board, also from directly above. Ok I unscrewed the circuit board and but I can really only identify the resistors and that there are some capacitors so I can't really label sorry, but Im pretty sure the blue red and black ones are the important ones for this job, I also took some photos of the lights in case they help
