Can someone help me? I'm new for all electronic circuit. Only led number 6 come on and off automatically. I'm used 3.3 micro farad 60v capacitor. Knight rider circuit diagram above. Thank you.Screenshot_2017-04-22-19-03-36.jpeg Screenshot_2017-05-07-21-50-30.jpeg

Check whether you have connected the power pins for both the ICs and whether all the LEDs are connected in the right way. Even after these if you have that same problem try re doing it because a small loose connection can even cause your circuit to malfunction.

D2, D3, D4 and D5 have two inputs. One input will be high and one input low. It is anyones guess which will win.
Disconnect one input on each of the LEDs to see if they still work.

If you wish to drive a LED from more than one supply, then a diode (1N4148, 1N914, !N400* etc) in each output can stop back feeding.

Good idea. The original schematic doesn't show power for the 4017 as it is customary when using digital ics at a single supply voltage. Pin 8 is ground (0 V), pin 16 is Vcc (9 V).

Note also that the 555 timer ic usually runs much more stable when a 100 nF capacitor is connected from pin 5 to ground.

Instead of the outputs fighting each other through the resistors, diodes should be used to replace the resistors. Google shows many circuits with the diodes.
