    Hi guys,

I have a Chloromatic esr160 swimming pool chlorinator that has died.

It is basically a 160va transformer with a 8.5v - 0 - 8.5v secondary, rectified by 2 scr's across a series of titanium plates that convert salt water into chlorine. The scr's have their own control circuit.

Has any one got a schematic, or at least know the chip and component numbers? ( all the numbers have bee scrubbed off by the manufacturer!! )

The good news is that this means the components are probably easily sourced and maybe even common.

The bad news is that you may be unlikely ever to be able to figure out what they are :(

If it's really really common, someone might be able to trace out the surrounding circuit and have a guess as to what it is.

So, pictures! Sharp and detailed enough to read everything written on the board. Take them in strong indirect sunlight (say in the shade of a tree). And pictures of both sides of the board and anything else that might be useful (say components mounted off the main board)
