Channels drop out on warm TV

I'm not a big electronics wiz but the experts in this group have
helped me in the past with regards to tapping into TV problems. That
said, I'm going to the Well again.

We've got a 13" Onkyo TV that loses channels (video and audio) if it's
been running awhile. It looks like the channels beyond 13 drop out
first and then the first 12 drop out later. What's left on the screen
is static.

I'm thinking that since it occurs on a warm set, this may be a cold
solder joint problem. Otherwise a tuner. Any input, tips or direction
anyone can offer is, as always, greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Don't worry New Zealand free to air TV is so craped out, I drop out too when
my TV warms up.

Free to air TV was good (not too be confused with "BLOODY GOOD") until pay
TV came to NZ.
