Just purchase 2 ptz ahd cameras 960 1080p I got 720p at moment and all work fine but when I plug new ptz in to dvr I got power to them got movement and infra red but no picture on monitor so I purchased new dvr but still same any idea s

Hi dvr is h 264 digital video recorder camera ahd 2.0 mp ptz cameras and I have tried normal bnc cable and cat 5 e thanx

Hi John,
can you give us the exact models. The info you provided gives us several types.
It would appear that they are software controlled.
However, they should work independently.
A picture of the connections to the camera would be good. Also, how are you powering them?
From the DVR or separate power supply?. 12v or 24v?
Is their a spec sticker on the camera?
