Dear professionals,
I am beginning my research on surv. cameras to be installed on a
business perimeter to identify culprits and hopefully reduce property
losses. Various sources display cameras and inc. the specs, all of
which give the CCD size. No where have I read what the difference is
when talking CCD size. I see lenses have to be sized to the CCD size,
some 1/4", 1/3", 1/2", and even 1". Please educate me in this area.
To add to my confusion, I see the specs for some 1/3" camera can have
more pixels than a larger one. Do pixels equate to light sensitivity?
Do TV lines equate to resolution quality? Thanks in advance. Tom
