There are lots of case manufacturers for electronics equipment but in my
experience it's all very boring and un-original. If you want something flash
with all the meters and lamps on the front you may be out of luck. You could
also look at the new small form factor PC cases that will include a power
supply. Many ot these are designed for use in the livingroom. Most hi-fi
cases are made specifically by the manufacturer to suit their house style.
Try a second hand unit or ask a local repair shop if they have anything that
isn't worth fixing?
Some external hard drive cases look quite smart. This next company has a 4
bay unit that looks like it might make a neat "mini tower" hi-fi system, and
it's designed to take 5.25" CD drives. Not sure if power supply is internal
or external (it's external in the single drive unit)....
