I'm new member asking for help. Can anyone determine what is the value of this Ceramic capacitor and the voltage rating? I don't know how to find out besides the printed label. Thank you.

    Welcome to EP.
First thing take a sit,you are in for a supersize.

Well this is actually not a capacitor.o_O

    It is a fuse,
    a reset-able poly-fuse a 0.4A/72V one.

Wow! Its a big surprise for me. Meaning its not broken when I tested it because it has continuity? But it looks like a ceramic and has a value of 1nf. Thank you so much for your help.
