    Hi

I'm currently fixing a car alarm for my Saab which has suffered a common fault with capacitor failure. I'm trying to find equivalent capacitors online (Maplin don't have the ones I need). I have the values (farad and DC voltage values for electrolytic aluminium caps), however there is also a 'series' number (FA) written on the side of the capacitors in the alarm module. The equivalent ones I have found online have series (FM) written on them. I've researched this but can't find much and not sure if these are compatible or what the code actually means? Would really appreciate any advice!

    Thanks

    Hi James
What value and voltage rating are the caps.
