Cap bank dump to charge super cap bank using manual PMA

Greeting, I am working on a manual operation super cap bank charger. I am charging a large cap bank and using a PWM to dump the stored energy to the super cap bank. The PWM has limits of 50 volts at the input. The PMA can generate 150 volts dc and pulse 10 amps to the super cap bank.

I am searching for a SCR circuit that will do the same process. Suggestions welcome. This project is to reduce operation fatigue. Charging the super cap bank directly from the PMA is very difficult because of the copper loss (I squared R) at the stator.

What is a PMA. (Just another TLA...three letter acronym?). An SCR is nut suitable for PWM (I knew that one .
