Can anyone Identify this component?

This is a part from a Fanuc edm video board. I bought it to replace mine and it came in like this. And anyone identify it? It is the block with CX next to it. 35V.

I am thinking a 1uF 35V Tant, but to be honest I have never seen them look like that before. One of the other guys might know for definite.

Looks like the bus line decouplers, you could remove a good one and test it, even if it is with a Ohm meter, you should get a fairly accurate reading, not super critical for that.

The date codes on the chips are 1986 and the cap logo looks like Panasonic's old one, so if someone has a *really* deep library...

With both a + sign and a beveled corner, that's got to be a tantalum cap.
