CA3130 (LT)Spice model

I've been searching, without luck, for an LTSpice compatible model for the
CA3130, CA3140 and CA3240 op-amps.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'd be inclined to use a modern device for which a SPICE model is
available.

You're probably right, I actually only want to compare performance with
a couple of "modern" devices such as the LTC6241, without wasting extra time
building circuits for the comparison. I have a heap of CA3130s in stock and
would like to use them for my current, (single-supply), precision rectifier
if it's feasible.
In simulation, at least, I can't get better performance from newer
op-amps than I expect from the 3130, especially regarding outputs going
somewhere (real) close to 0V and speed, (if I'm careful about choice of
compensation caps.) I need rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, with the ability
to handle inputs that go down to 400mV below the negative rail in a
single-supply circuit. (I'm not asking for much - just perfection and a bit
of magic.)
