Hi everyone
I just need some advice on a setup I want to use.
I have two 5v 170mA solar panels in parallel.
with the following charge board...

I need the regulated 5 volts from it too.
Then, as im not sure if that board is safe enough, I have this...
https://www.robotics.org.za/breakout-boards-amp-arduino-shields/battery/CHR18650-37
and lastly, that is charging a 18650 bat.
So is this lot a good enough setup and/or do I even need the protection board?
and if this was a very poor choice of components, what would you guys recommend?
