Broken screen on rear-projection TV

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement screen for a 50 inch
rear-projection television?

it's a year 2000 mitsubishi

the entire tv is only worth a few hundred dollars, so that's my budget
for the screen. I've looked all over the internet and can't seem to
find anything!

any help greatly appreciated!!!

The only place to get one is from Mitsubishi, you're probably looking at
around $350 but contact them with the model of the TV to find out.

Call Mitsubishi to get a price quote. They are the only source for
Mitsubishi parts.

The other alternative is to find a scrapper set of the same model and take
the screen from that one. The problem with buying an old set for the parts,
you don't know what the defects are.

Although the screen is something you can usually evaluate just by
looking at it.
