Broken Sceptre X9 19" LCD

Hello,

I have a brokem 19" LCD by Sceptre, X9. It won't power on, and the
AC power supply rapidly blinks green. I have it taken apart, and want
to swap boards. Does anyone know where to find parts for it, ot
better yet, know what it could be?

there are two capicitors that are most likely bad. They are 1000uf 16v
