Broken potentiometer

    Hello guys!
    i know nothing about electronics so please be kind.
    i have a potentiometer that has the connectors severed from the black resistive strip. is there any way that i can solder them back together? thank you in advance!

    Welcome to EP!
    The resistive track on the pot looks damaged (big scratch on the left side), so the pot may be useless even if you could re-attach the connectors :(. Pots are relatively cheap: is it worth trying to repair that one?

    agree with Alec

    unlikely to repair
    buy a new one for a dollar or two
