Breadboard to Perfboard

Hey, I'm new on these forums, as well as i am to electronics. I was wondering, how would i take something i made on the breadboard onto the perfboard? Where would the + & - on the breadboard go on the perfboard?
Ill include a simple example of what i mean.

Prototyping PCBs exist that mimic the pattern of connections in a breadboard but you can bridge pads together on the board you have to create the positive and negative buses you need. Here's one. Sparkfun also has a larger one.

There are also boards available with rows of conductor strip where one can cut as required.

Vero Board / Strip board is much easier to use as it vastly reduces the amount of wire links that you have to use. As Bluejets said, you just cut the tracks.
