Bluetooth module connection detection

I use the module below.
As soon as the device is connected, I want to detect this and trigger a different circuit.
I'm looking for a signal that I can get on the chip

- Bluetooth connection established?
- USB plug inserted?
- Headphone jack inserted?

A signal from the chip on the module you can tap into or what?

Please be a tad more specific.
