A lamp limiter will let you get some voltage into the TV to do some investigation if the fuse is in the mains feed.
Get a circuit diagram (top right) to help you on your way.

    Hello,

Without any information on brand and type it is very hard to say anything usefull.
There must be something wrong with TV when it is blowing fuses.

Yes but it's not common to do so.
If you use the series lamp as duke37 suggested, it will allow you to do some investigation without the fuse blowing.
One I use here has an incandescent 100w flood lamp but just about any incandescent lamp will suffice.
Method requires good knowledge of the dangers associated with mains level voltages so if you are not familiar with the workings, best to leave it to someone who does.

Your ability to solve this is directly related to the effort you put forth. So far, it doesn't seem like you are going to fix this.
