if I set BIOS cache disable, the whole PC machine will slow down,

am I correct with such setting?

    please enlighten me. TIA

I would only disable caching if I were attempting to isolate a problem
with cache memory, whether in the CPU or on the motherboard. Otherwise
you will suffer a performance penalty.
