best access to ABSE?

Pay $10 for a payserver like www.news.astraweb.com/ and buy 25GB
of traffic, which should be sufficient for a couple of years.

I use them for all my news, since my ISP newsserver sucks greatly.

The only term of usage is that once the 25GB are downloaded, the bucket
is empty, and you have to buy another 25GB. I am not downloading much
from binary groups, ABSE is the only one in fact. Sometimes there are
some large posts in ABSE, manuals or whatever, but most days it only
has a few small pdf's or pictures. My 25GB will last for years.

No, not really, it says they can remove / stop you for posting anything
illegal in the US.
That may well include telling the truth about GWB and his club and a few other
things I do.
Look at 'terms of usage'.

I have about 30 or so newsservers in my newsreader (you can just click to select one),
THIS one for example posts ....
There are other ones where you can get the binaries without having to pay.
Binaries on free.teranews give me error 505.
YMMV
I payed 3.95$ once for teranews access (unlimited).
Useful for posting, but sometimes it does not work.
I am used to changing servers now, do not want to run a nntp server
here (already run a http and ftp one), to much bandwidth.
