  1. Put 4 energizer batteries into a Renewal or NiCad charger and plug it in.

    actually it work, but don't put your batteries in a 2-hour NiCad charger. They
    will certainly explode. But with 15-hour chargers or Renewal circuits, it is
    possible to extend a battery life by as much as 50%.

    You will hurt yourself or kill yourself, and in any case, do serious damage.

    I'm also telling you, Don't Do It.

    If you do, however, be sure somebody knows where to find the remains,
    and take notes well, so we can put you up for Darwin Award nomination.
