Can anyone point me to where I can find a SPICE model of a bar43?

Can anyone point me to where I can find a SPICE model of a bar43?

There's a model in this zip file from ST:

http://www.st.com/stonline/products/families/diodes/support/diodes_st090206.zip

Inside is a file called diode_ST_09-02-06.LIB

Open this with a text editor (e.g. notepad) and BAR43 is the third model
listed.
