B&O fuse

Hello
I am sitting with an old B&O amplifier/radio. I don't know the exact model
since someone has painted it over.

Two fuses are burned and i want to replace them. But it is not written which
amount of current they can take (or not take).

They are the only visible fuses and they are connected directly after the
big transformer with two blue wires.

What is written on them is:

S (in a circle)
ELU (also in a circle)
T4/250V

Nothing else.

Where they are mounted is a little label saying

2X4 AT

Anyone who can give me a hint on what to say to my electronic components
dealer?
Can i use 6,3 A fuses from another amp?

I have a multimeter - is there a way of using this to decide which type of
fuses to use?

This is a 4 Amp fuse slow burn.
You can use the 6.3A fuse but better is to use the same ampére rating.

T4/250 is a slow blow 4 A rated for 250 Volts.
The "T" means "træg" in Danish which may be translated to "slow blow".

i might be wrong , but i think T MEANS TIME-DELAY & 4 MEANS 4A

SO ITS A 4A 250V FUSE - TIME-DELAYED...... OR SLOW -BLOW
