    hi sir/ma'am what is the use this component atmega16u2-mur in arduino uno board?

    That is the actual microcontroller, that is what houses and runs the programs that you can run with the Arduino.

    it uploads the sketch in atmega328 and runs in atmega16u2-mur?

    i am right? just a littlebit confused.

    It is the other way round:
    As far as I can see, the atmega16u2-mur is used as a USB-to-serial converter which converts the USB interface to the serial (UART) interface of the Atmega 328.
    The Atmega 328 is the actual microcontroller running the code on the arduino.
